John L. Spruill is an Army-trained and certified Black Belt Facilitator with more than 16 years of expertise in Continuous Performance Improvement (CPI). Recognized as a technical authority, he has successfully facilitated over 60 major customer-driven, results-oriented projects across the Department of Defense and other federal agencies.
Including support across DoD programs and enterprise-level initiatives, bringing deep expertise in process improvement, program execution, and operational leadership.
With more than 33 years of federal service as both a soldier and a civilian, John has built a career centered on leadership, problem-solving, and process transformation.
His work has directly improved mission effectiveness and organizational performance while mentoring and empowering the next generation of leaders
John’s distinguished career includes service as a war veteran in Operations Desert Shield/Desert Storm, and direct support in Somalia, Bosnia, and Afghanistan.
Beyond the battlefield, he transitioned his skills into driving operational excellence and workforce readiness across government agencies, saving organizations hundreds of millions through Lean Six Sigma initiatives.
